Savour the sense of freedom and independence of paddling at your own pace and relish the chance to truly experience the lake’s crystal clear water. 

DURATION:

  • NZ $30 1 hour  - Good for first timers to play or visit the Wanaka Tree
  • NZ $50 2 hours - Needed if you want to visit Ruby Island
  • NZ $70 3 hours - Recommended if you would like to visit Ruby Island at slow pace with a picnic

CUSTOMERS NEED TO BRING:

  • Clothing that can get wet and suitable for the weather (A windbreaker or waterproof jacket is recommended on cooler days)
  • A watch or cellphone (to keep an eye on the time)
WE PROVIDE: 
  • Life jackets
  • Paddles
RESTRICTIONS:
  • The minimum age for customers to kayak alone is 16 years
  • All kayak rentals are limited to within Roys Bay
  • Single kayak weight limit is 140kgs
