Board our beautiful luxury sailing catamaran "Serenity". Once we have cleared the harbour we hoist the sails and make our way out into the stunning Bay of Islands. Relax and take in the sights as we cruise past some of the 144 islands that make up the Bay of Islands. The day is yours to enjoy in whichever way you see fit; be as hands-on or as hands-off on the itinerary of the day as you prefer.

Unless you would rather a solely scenic cruising experience, we will select a bay that is sheltered from the prevailing weather conditions and drop anchor allowing some exploration of the islands. If you are feeling adventurous, you may want to hike to the nearest viewpoint, or we have snorkelling gear, fishing gear, tender with sea biscuit and paddleboards available for your use. If you simply want to relax, we have plenty of lounging areas onboard for you to take full advantage of or you may want to pick a quiet spot on the beach. At the end of the day, we heave the anchor and set sail back to your preferred drop-off point.

START & END TIMES - Multi-Day Charter bookings that are made online start and end at 9am (1st December - 31st March) or 10am (1st April - 31st October). If you prefer a different start/end time please contact us via our Contact page or by emailing info@silverwave.co.nz. The online booking calendar shows days as available only if there are no bookings on that day. We are often able to commence a charter at 4pm or 5pm on a day that shows as unavailable online.

Our cruising grounds boast stunning scenery, with crystal clear waters, sandy beaches, and majestic cliffs. Guests may get to see a variety of marine wildlife, including dolphins, whales, and seals, while cruising through the pristine waters.

During the day, guests can participate in a range of activities, from sunbathing and swimming to fishing and stand-up paddleboarding. Guests can also explore the many islands and coves that dot the coastline, many of which are only accessible by boat.

In the evenings, we will anchor in secluded bays and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the world.
